  “They rip you off!!! They quote a low price and then charge 2-3x that price, including gas surcharge and Materials, which they do not tell you about beforehand. Some items arrived damaged, and a new bike, a computer monitor and cd collection did not arrive at all. we were told that the insurance would reimburse us within 3 months and it has been more than 5 and we received nothing. whenever we called to find out about it, we got the runaround and rudeness from Nick Rucci the owner. he then told us we would be reimbursed an amount that was 20% of the value of the missing items. we faxed him a letter to protest this, but he did not contact us. now the numbers we have are temporarily out of service. if they go back in business, stay away!!!”
